Reflections:
I hope everyone enjoyed the Spring Recess! I am really looking forward to all the interesting things we still have left to learn.

Our last break for this year is April 1, 2010 to April 5, 2010. There will be no school during that time.
The AIMS testing is the week of April 12, 2010. Students should come to class on time that week, as they will not be admitted to class if testing has started that morning. Late arrivals will wait in the office until all classes are finished testing for the day. Testing is mandatory. If a student misses part of the test, he/she will make it up the following week.
Test tips:
1. Get a lot of sleep before the test.
2. Eat a nutritious breakfast.
3. Drink water to stay properly hydrated.
4. Do the best you can.
5. Relax!
Please return the form that was attached to the report card. This acknowledges your receipt of the report card, and informs me about whether you wish to establish a conference to discuss the information.
Reminders:
On St. Patrick’s Day, 3-17-10, students may wear a green shirt, or a St. Patrick’s Day shirt, and jeans, or the school uniform to school.
The Talent Show will be the week of 3-22-10.
Students should be reading a minimum of 1 hour a week. Each reading session should be recorded on the reading log, and submitted to me on Friday.
